Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi – Srinagar

Departure from Delhi Airport at 11:50 hrs. On arrival at Srinagar Airport transfer to hotel. Afternoon at
leisure. In the evening, visit Mughal Gardens. Dinner and night stay in the hotel.

Day 2

Srinagar – Sonamarg - Srinagar

After breakfast leave from Srinagar and drive towards Sonmarg. Sonmarg (2800Mtrs above sea level),
which means ' meadow of gold ' has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky.
The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, snow trout can be caught in the
main river. The visitors can have access to snow which is furnished all over like a white carpet. Ponies
can be hired for the trip up to Thajwas glacier a major attraction during the summer months. In the
evening return back to Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight in Srinagar at Hotel.

Day 3

Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

Gulmarg is a town, a hill station, a popular skiing destination during winters. Gulmarg is famous because
of its "Gulmarg Gondola," one of the highest cable cars in the world (Direct Payment Basis). You can
also visit Khilanmarg, the charming place in the Gulmarg that attracts everyone by its natural beauty. In
the evening return back to Hotel. Evening is at free at its leisure. Dinner & overnight in Srinagar at Hotel.

second slot for the same. Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Department has issued notifications for non
availability of Gondola Cable Car Ride of Gulmarg from the period 15th May 2023 to 25th June due to
G20 Summit to be held at Kashmir during the said period.

Day 4

Srinagar – Pahalgam

After breakfast, day trip to Pahalgam. Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs above sea level (Valley of Shepherds) on the
way visit Saffron fields & Avantipur ruins. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry.
Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. One can visit Betaab Valley, Chandanwari and Aru Valley in
Pahalgam (Direct payment basis).In the evening check into hotel at Pahalgam. Dinner & overnight at
Pahalgam.

Day 5

Pahalgam-Srinagar

After breakfast check out from the hotel to Srinagar. On arrival at Srinagar leave for Darshan of
Shankracharya Temple. Then visit the famous Hazratbal Shrine situated on the bank of Dal Lake. In the
evening transfer to House Boat. Check into the houseboat. In the evening Shikara ride over Dal Lake.
Dinner and overnight stay at House Boat.

Day 6

Srinagar – Delhi

Breakfast at the house boat. In time transfer to Srinagar Airport to board flight for Delhi.

No airport transfers at Delhi. Clients have to arrange Delhi airport transfers own.
Lunches on all days, only halt will be given at convenient place to have lunch on direct payment.
Any portage at hotels, tips, mineral water, telephone charges, laundry and all items of personal nature.
Any Still / Video Camera fees, entrance fees for monuments and any activities suggested in the
itinerary are chargeable direct.
Aru Chandanwari and Betaab Valley trip (its done by Taxi Union at Pahalgam and is on direct payment
basis.
Thajwas Glacier trip at Sonmarg (It is done by pony ride)
Zero point trip at Sonmarg (It is done by Taxi union)
Gondola cable car ride tickets.
Any additional meals / en route meals, sightseeing and activities other than those mentioned in the

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges as per company policy.
Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else
similar category hotel will be provided.
Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not be responsible for
missing of flights by the guest.
Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the
airport.
Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel.
However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that
time exit the airport.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof for all passengers including infants along with other travel
documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout
time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of
nights booked.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress or sofa cum bed shall be provided.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them
unattended.
The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or
airfares will be borne by the customer.
For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be
responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be
settled directly at the hotel.
Meals will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings: Breakfast: 0700 - 0900 hrs
Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are
kindly requested to check the perfect timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time
is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
IRCTC request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels
and read the reviews.
Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or air port taxes has to be
borne by the client.
Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline.
In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your
confirmation, we will proceed further.
There will be no refund for un-utilized services.

IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
